Quarterly Financial Report – July – September 2020

NOTE: The section titled “reconciliation discrepancies” refers to expenses that were added to our accounting system incurred by Jim Peterson (the former President), when he made unauthorized ATM withdraws in 2018 and 2019 before being removed from the organization. In order for our report to not show a negative bank balance, those expenses had to be reconciled and excluded from the report. Also the “Statement of Financial Position/Balance Sheet” shows Equity for the year to date, where as the section titled “income and expenditures” shows the amount for the quarter.
